What happens next
It lands with me, not a queue. One person runs this firm and I read my own mail.
We run the pass on your public templates and send you what we find — usually within two business days, with the screenshots dated so you can check them yourself.
If it turned something up, we talk about the full audit. If it didn't, you owe us nothing and we say so plainly.
The free pass covers what you could find yourself with an afternoon and some patience — we're saving you the afternoon. The paid audit is a different piece of work: every location counted rather than sampled, and it ends in a fixed implementation number. It's $10,000, and we only bring it up if the free pass earns it.
